August 8 @ 3:30 pm 4:30 pm

An artist lecturing to a group of people sitting in chairs about a life time of self portraits.
Free UPDATE: TIME CHANGE

Join artist and photographer Cari Faye for an engaging presentation exploring the creative process behind her self-portrait work and the role inspiration plays in a lifelong artistic practice.

Through stories and images spanning more than fifteen years of self-portrait photography, Cari will share how photography became a tool for exploration, curiosity, and creative growth. She’ll discuss where ideas come from, how inspiration can be found in everyday life, and why creating meaningful work begins with paying attention to the world around us.

More than an artist talk, this presentation invites participants to reflect on their own creative journeys through guided questions and conversation. Whether you’re an artist, photographer, writer, or simply someone looking to reconnect with your creativity, you’ll leave with new ways to recognize inspiration and practical ideas for nurturing it in your own life.

This 45-minute presentation concludes with time for reflection and audience questions. UPDATE: The time has been adjusted to 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
