Our in-house Events Coordinator is highly committed to crafting the carefully considered touches that will make your wedding unique and timeless. The exotic beauty of our Grand Conservatory, inspiring gardens, and our exceptional wedding services make Cheyenne Botanic Gardens the perfect location for your wedding.

Wedding sites at the Gardens are surrounded by fragrant blooms, lush, colorful gardens, and stunning views that will ensure your ceremony is unique and utterly unforgettable.

Members receive a 10% discount* on all rentals.

While we do our best to accommodate all requests, please note that some dates, times, and spaces may not be available due to a variety of factors. We do our utmost to respond to inquiries within two business days.

Site visits do not equate an automatic reservation, so we ask that you do not send out any invitations, save-the-dates, or any other printed piece until you have a confirmed date or signed contract from Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.

Absolutely NO wedding ceremonies may be performed on the Grounds of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens without advance reservation. Parties not in compliance will be asked to leave immediately.

Ceremony spaces for 50 guests or less

Due to maintenance, planting, and weeding schedules, outdoor area availability is fluid, and any requests outside the main Gardens areas should be discussed with the Events Coordinator.

All indoor rentals, as well as rentals of the Observation Deck and Solar Patio, include setup and takedown of tables and chairs, as well as trash removal during and after the event. Event staff are available during events in these spaces to address safety concerns and assist with incidental needs.

LILY POND

A quaint bridge beside a bubbling waterfall provides picturesque sights and tranquil sounds for intimate ceremonies. Capacity: 25; seating not provided Fee: $100 for 3-hour block

PERENNIAL GARDEN GAZEBO

CONSERVATORY*

This dazzling space provides a stunning backdrop for your vows; the dramatic water feature and lush tropical plant life give the space an exotic vibe. Capacity: 20; up to 10 chairs included Fee: $300 for 2-hour block *This space is only available when we are closed to the public.

This is our most sought-after space. Airy, classy, and sunny, the Orangerie is surrounded by Palladian windows; citrus trees offer fragrance and elegance. Capacity: 80 seated Fee: $500 for 2-hour block

OBSERVATION DECK

Great views of Sloan’s Lake and the Children’s Village, and the built-in sound system makes this a perfect setting for an enchanting evening ceremony. Capacity: 100 seated Fee: $475 for 2-hour block

LABYRINTH

Wind your way to your partner in the center of the Labyrinth to say "I do." This peaceful, contemplative space is perfect for small or medium-sized ceremonies. Capacity: 100; seating not provided Fee: $450 for 3-hour block

PEACE GARDEN

Our most popular outdoor rental area, the Peace Garden has a reflecting pool and floral displays that change each year. The Moon Gate provides a perfect backdrop for the wedding party. Capacity: 100; seating not provided Fee: $400 for 3-hour block

THE GLADE

BOARD ROOM
