Corporate Events

This pricing applies to corporate events. Separate pricing is available for showers and celebrations, including graduation and birthday parties. View the pricing for showers and celebrations.

Spaces are not available for rental on Sundays and Mondays from September 1 through May 30, or on City of Cheyenne holidays.

A $250 damage deposit is required for all spaces or combinations of spaces and must be received and cleared to complete your reservation.

All indoor rentals, including the Observation Deck and Solar Patio, include setup and takedown of tables and chairs, as well as trash removal during and after the event. Event staff are available to assist with safety and incidental needs.

Members receive a 10% discount on all rentals.

ORANGERIE

This is our most sought-after space. Airy, classy, and sunny, the Orangerie is surrounded by Palladian windows; citrus trees offer fragrance and elegance. Capacity: 64 at tables Fee: $1,200 for 4 hours $1,800 for 6 hours

SOLAR PATIO*

Protected on three sides, this inviting space is a perfect spot for an outdoor event and is versatile for large events. Tent anchors are available. Capacity: 50 at tables Fee: $800 for 4 hours $1,200 for 6 hours *This space is only available when we are closed to the public.

COMBINED GATHERING ROOMS

This room can be split to create two smaller rooms, priced individually below. It is equipped with AV equipment and has large windows that provide plenty of natural light. Capacity: 64 at tables Fee: $875 for 4 hours $1,325 for 6 hours

NORTH GATHERING ROOM

Includes access to the large catering kitchen. Equipped with AV equipment. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. Capacity: 32 at tables Fee: $400 for 4 hours $600 for 6 hours

SOUTH GATHERING ROOM

Includes access to the small catering kitchen. Equipped with AV equipment. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. Capacity: 24 at tables Fee: $400 for 4 hours $600 for 6 hours

BOARD ROOM

Featuring outdoor seating with views of the lake, a conference table, and A/V, this is the ideal space for meetings. May be combined with the Bride's Room for weddings. Capacity: 15 Fee: $300 per day

CONSERVATORY*

This dazzling space provides a stunning ambiance, complete with a dramatic water feature and lush tropical plant life for an exotic vibe. Fee: $125 per hour *This space is only available when we are closed to the public.

LOBBY*

This large, bright, open area is the perfect space to add to your event; may be used for buffet food service. Fee: $125 per hour *This space is only available when we are closed to the public.

OBSERVATION DECK*

Great views of Sloan’s Lake and the Children’s Village, plus the built-in sound system, makes this the perfect setting for an enchanting evening event. Fee: $150 per hour *This space is only available when we are closed to the public.
