Corporate Events
This pricing applies to corporate events. Separate pricing is available for showers and celebrations, including graduation and birthday parties. View the pricing for showers and celebrations.
Spaces are not available for rental on Sundays and Mondays from September 1 through May 30, or on City of Cheyenne holidays.
A $250 damage deposit is required for all spaces or combinations of spaces and must be received and cleared to complete your reservation.
All indoor rentals, including the Observation Deck and Solar Patio, include setup and takedown of tables and chairs, as well as trash removal during and after the event. Event staff are available to assist with safety and incidental needs.
Members receive a 10% discount on all rentals.

ORANGERIE
This is our most sought-after space. Airy, classy, and sunny, the Orangerie is surrounded by Palladian windows; citrus trees offer fragrance and elegance.

SOLAR PATIO*
Protected on three sides, this inviting space is a perfect spot for an outdoor event and is versatile for large events. Tent anchors are available.

COMBINED GATHERING ROOMS
This room can be split to create two smaller rooms, priced individually below. It is equipped with AV equipment and has large windows that provide plenty of natural light.

This dazzling space provides a stunning ambiance, complete with a dramatic water feature and lush tropical plant life for an exotic vibe.

OBSERVATION DECK*
Great views of Sloan’s Lake and the Children’s Village, plus the built-in sound system, makes this the perfect setting for an enchanting evening event.
