This pricing is for events such as baby and wedding showers, graduation and birthday parties, and memorial observances. There is a different pricing structure for wedding receptions and corporate events. View the pricing for corporate events and wedding receptions.
We are unable to rent spaces on Sundays and Mondays from September 1 through May 30, and on City of Cheyenne holidays.
A $250 damage deposit is required for all spaces except the Board Room and must be received and cleared to complete your reservation.
All indoor rentals, including the Observation Deck and Solar Patio, include setup and takedown of tables and chairs, as well as trash removal during and after the event. Event staff are available during events in these spaces to assist with safety and incidental needs.
Members receive a 10% discount* on all rentals.

ORANGERIE
This is our most sought-after space. Airy, classy, and sunny, the Orangerie is surrounded by Palladian windows; citrus trees offer fragrance and elegance.

SOLAR PATIO*
Protected on three sides, this inviting space is a perfect spot for an outdoor event and is versatile for large ceremonies. Tent anchors are available.

COMBINED GATHERING ROOMS
This room can be split to create two smaller rooms, priced individually below. It is equipped with AV equipment and has large windows that provide plenty of natural light.

NORTH GATHERING ROOM
Includes access to the large catering kitchen. Equipped with AV equipment. Large windows provide plenty of natural light.

OBSERVATION DECK*
Great views of Sloan’s Lake and the Children’s Village, plus the built-in sound system, makes this the perfect setting for an enchanting evening event.

BOARD ROOM
Featuring outdoor seating with views of the lake, a conference table, and A/V, this is the ideal space for meetings. May be combined with the Bride's Room for weddings.

PAUL SMITH CHILDREN'S VILLAGE
A perennial favorite with kids of all ages. The indoor classroom includes tables and kid-sized chairs. Only available for evening rentals.
