Trees and shrubs need thoughtful pruning to develop good branch structures and keep them healthy. Join Horticulture Supervisor Isaiah Smith & Eric Roadifer, Interior Operations Coordinator, in this hands-on pruning workshop. You’ll learn how to pick the right equipment and how to use it safely, and you’ll learn all the ins and outs of pruning. After the demonstration portion of the workshop, you’ll get a chance to practice your new skills on a tree or shrub on the grounds of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.
