Crave something new in classy cocktails? Go wild. This class is an exploration into the world of botanically infused cocktails from the wild and the garden.
Herb lovers – learn how to add muddled flowers and herbal sprigs (rose geranium, anyone?) to your concoctions. Gardeners – try something new in your Bloody Mary (we love lovage and pickled onions!). What about making your own limoncello with rose, or perhaps try shaking up a lavender cosmo? Make your own rose grenadine for your libations without all the dye and corn syrup.
There are many ways to create mixers, infused alcohols, and bitters as well as new ideas for herbal elements in that favorite concoction. Let’s infuse some fun: start your limoncello, craft a lovely rose grenadine, create a cocktail bitter and nick some tantalizing recipes to start your own classy cocktail collection. Cheers!

We will provide kits with the herbs to make the mixers and they will be available for pick-up February 18th and 19th from 9a-4p. On February 18th we will send the Zoom link, and instructions on how and what to prepare before the class, as well as the basic kitchen supplies needed to participate.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased HERE
