Join author, gardener, and Cheyenne native Willi Galloway for a lively evening at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens featuring a cooking demonstration from her new cookbook, Veggies for Breakfast. Willi will share inspiration for growing and cooking vegetables you can use right away, along with tips for meal prepping healthier breakfasts—and ideas that work just as well for lunch and dinner.

Guests will enjoy samples including salad box preparations and ricotta toast, followed by conversation and a book signing.
