Join us and be guided through a 1.5 hour practice of meditation that will increase your peace of mind, and positive outlook on life. There will be instruction and time for Q & A as well. This series will occur every month on the 4th or 5th Sunday, and each one will have a theme.

Meditations on Compassion and Love: Giving and Taking

These meditation classes, suitable for all levels, will delve into methods to increase our compassion and love. We will both learn how to meditate on these sublime states of mind, and also discuss how to live them in our daily life. In this way, our work and home life become the path to enlightenment.

Classes are based on the book Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
