The Wednesday at noon meditation series has been created to bring you to a place of inner silence and awareness through stillness and brief teachings.
Please bring anything you need to help you sit comfortably for 30 minutes-a folded blanket, towel, cushion, etc.
Instructor Shannon Patak is relatively new to the study and practice of structured meditation, having always nurtured an inward conversation, but within the last three years sought formalized training and education to give better voice to her practice. She enjoys exploring sound, breath-work, and visualization to help quiet her chattering mind, and hopes to help others do the same.
There is no cost to join the series, and all are welcome! We will see you in the Gathering Rooms of the Grand Conservatory building during the winter months, and out on the Grounds in the Summer!
