Blossom at the Gardens

Join Jill Lovato of Blossom Yoga and Executive Director of Friends of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens for a 3-week yoga series in the Shane Smith Grand Conservatory. This all-level, gentle Hatha practice will take place on Friday mornings at 9:00 am on the second floor of the conservatory. We’ll breathe and move mindfully in the tropical setting with a different intention each week. Some yoga experience is helpful, but it will be accessible to most people. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have a couple on hand to borrow. Pre-registration is required.
The dates for this series are February 9,16,23.
