DESCRIPTION:Looking for a way to change up what you bring to work for lunch? Why not take a cue from the Japanese tradition of bento? Forest Aker and Director Scott Aker will guide you as you create an interesting Japanese-style lunch. Each participant will get a reusable bento box and we’ll learn how to prepare delicious\, fun\, and interesting components to arrange in them. Learn about the importance of sushi-grade rice\, how to bread and fry with panko\, make sauces to your own taste\, and create some cute vegetables with bento cutters—limited to 12 participants.
