Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, is a fully-guided, deeply relaxing and meditative practice found somewhere between the conscious and sleeping state of the mind. Practitioners may expect to emerge feeling more rested and rejuvenated. Chairs will be available, but if able, please bring items that will allow you to lie down comfortably for approximately 45 minutes (yoga mats, blankets, etc): Yoga Nidra is designed to be practiced in a supine position.

$5-$10 suggested donation to be brought on the day. All are welcome and may participate no matter your ability to pay.

Class will take place in the 1st floor Gathering Rooms.

Meditation and Yoga instructor Shannon Patak will lead the practice.
