During the month of November Meditation will not occur on the 11th and 25th. We are closed on the 11th in honor of Veterans Day and on the 25th for the Holiday. We look forward to seeing you on the 4th and 18th!

The Wednesday at noon meditation series has been created to bring you to a place of inner silence and awareness through soft music and commentary. Please bring anything you need to help you sit comfortably for 30 minutes in an outdoor setting-a folded blanket, towel, cushion, etc.

Shannon Patak is relatively new to the study and practice of structured meditation, having always nurtured an inward conversation, but within the last three years sought formalized training and education to give better voice to her practice. She enjoys exploring sound, breath-work, and visualization to help quiet her chattering mind, and hopes to help others do the same.
