The second annual Mad Hatter Tea Party was held on Sunday to raise money for the Children’s Village at Cheyenne’s Botanic Gardens.
Over three hundred people were at the event.
The event is essential to keeping the gardens free to the public
The Botanic Garden is a division of the City of Cheyenne Parks and Recreation Department.
