Cheyenne Light Fuel and Power is continuing their support to sponsor this summer’s “Summer of Power Series.” This continues a many year tradition of Cheyenne Light Fuel and Power supporting fun, educational and enlightening events at the Cheyenne Botanic Garden’s Paul Smith Children’s Village at the Gardens.

Tuesday, May 28, 4 p.m. Seven rocks, paint, and a garden decoration to last the season. $1 per child.
Friday, May 31, 11 a.m. For pre-school aged children, stories and crafts are based on a weekly theme. $1 per child.
Tuesday, June 4: 6:30 p.m. at the Paul Smith Children’s Village in conjunction with the Laramie County Library – Learn how to amend and prepare the soil in for better turf and garden production. Understand soil testing, compaction and fertilizing. Bring your garden clothing.

Free! At the Laramie County Library. Learn what makes our soil and create an everlasting sandcastle with instruction and guidance from the staff and volunteers of the Paul Smith Children’s Village. A slightly “dirty” project!
