Vandals destroy plants at Gardens

IMG 0899 700x525 Vandals destroy plants at GardensOn the evening of August 27th unknown suspects severely damaged multiple plants, trees and foliage at the Botanic Gardens and S. Lions Park. It is believed that a machete or large knife was used to cut down many of the plants. “It is sad that there are people who delight in destruction. This represents thousands of hours of hard work by volunteers and staff. It came at a time when the Gardens were at their peak. (more…)
